While PhishNet strives for high accuracy in threat detection, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Our service provides security recommendations and threat assessments, but ultimate security decisions remain your responsibility. PhishNet is not liable for any damages resulting from undetected threats or false positives.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using PhishNet, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PhishNet, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PhishNet and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PhishNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
